We loved the convenient location of this hotel, with easy access to nearby attractions. The grab-and-go breakfast was a handy option for busy mornings, and having restaurants right inside the hotel made dining so effortless. A great stay overall!

Comfortable and perfectly located in the heart of Times Square and the theater district! Everything you could want is within easy walking distance, and public transportation is just steps away. I also really appreciated the food vouchers provided for each guest—they were a lovely added perk that made our stay even more enjoyable.

This hotel is in an ideal location, with convenient entrances on two different streets. The elevators are quick and efficient—no long waits like at some other places. The rooms have been beautifully renovated and are absolutely wonderful. The housekeeping staff is also incredibly friendly and attentive. A great stay all around!

The dining options were excellent, with plenty of great restaurants just steps away. Being so close to iconic spots like Times Square, Rockefeller Center, and Bryant Park made exploring the city incredibly convenient. It was the perfect home base for our New York adventure!

This hotel is in the perfect spot—just steps away from Times Square and all the excitement of Broadway! The bar is absolutely amazing, with such a fun and vibrant atmosphere. Every time I visit New York City, this is the only place I choose to stay. It never disappoints!

The housekeeping team, particularly the manager Mirella and Singh, were incredibly kind and attentive. When I mentioned how cold I was during the night of May 19th, they quickly brought me an extra blanket and made sure I was comfortable. Their thoughtfulness really made my stay more enjoyable!

A truly special hotel full of personality and charm! The Rum Bar is an absolute delight – it has such a warm, inviting vibe and serves expertly mixed cocktails (no watered-down drinks here!). Each night, the waitstaff even treats guests to live singing, making the evenings feel extra magical. Highly recommend for a memorable stay!
